Orders

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.  If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you via telephone or email.  After placing your order you will receive an email confirming your order. 

Return Policy

At Equine Divine we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.  If you wish to return an item in original condition for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
